Graphic Sciences employs the philosophy of a partnership approach with each of its customers.  We have differentiated ourselves from the competition by providing the highest level of hands-on technical support in the industry.

Each branch location has a solid group of individuals whose goal is to help you succeed in meeting your printing objectives.  As a customer, you will be provided with cellular phone numbers for the key personnel at your supplying branch.  We have dedicated service technicians who are available to provide you with technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Graphic Sciences is pleased to provide the following Technical Services:

•   Match colors & formulate, specific to substrate and desired characteristics
•   Provide press-side technical assistance whenever needed
•   Conduct press audits on request to assure optimal print efficiency
•   Regularly review formulations to assure continuous compatibility with changing press variables
•   Attend clients' production meetings to help define ink-related objectives and assist in achieving your goals
•   Implement an effective ink workoff program to minimize inventories and maximize cost effectiveness
•   Provide training to your operators & supervisors via the interactive GRAPHIC VISIONS training program.
•   Environmental support, acting as liason with applicable testing laboratories
